On July 10, 2013, the Director of the Santa Cruz Fringe Festival, Dixie Mills, and participating artists Sandra Risser and Dana Sumnar-Pritchard came into KZSC with Nada Miljkovic about the 2nd annual Santa Cruz Fringe Festival. Sandra Risser is performing an interactive comedy show that she wrote and directed entitled, Act 1: Miss your Ex? Reload and Fire Again. Dana Sumnar-Pritchard is performing a show that she wrote entitled Boobs and Hope.

Dixie is the Director for this 10 day festival that brings together over 30 art groups for over 150 performances beginning July 11th and ending July 20th. There are seven venues for the festival: The Tannery  World Dance and Cultural Center, the 418 Project, the MAH, Louden Nelson, Motion Pacific, and Center Stage.
