Writer, philosopher, social activist, herbalist and visionary Dr. Paul Lee came onto Artist on Art for a special hour long show on March 5, 2012 to talk with host, Nada Miljkovic on subjects from the value of learning Ancient Greek philosophy, organic farming, homelessness, Santa Cruz as an Ecotopia, to name a few. We talked about Paul bringing legendary bio-dynamic gardner, Alan Chadwick, to UCSC and starting the organic farm movement. We spoke of his thirty year plus non-profit, USA the started the California Conservation Corps, the Santa Cruz Homeless Garden Project, and Staff of Life to name a few.

We spoke his class, Nobler than the mind, a survey of the Rise of Consciousness or COWL-99 in UCSC’s Cowell College.
