On January 21, 2013, Jennifer Kincaid came into Artist on Art to talk about her work. She is a San Francisco-based multimedia artist and independent producer working in Crowdsource Art and Audience-Interactive Participation Art. Her work focuses on facilitating audiences to explore, discover and be seen through creativity and community.

On January 18th, Jennifer launched the first book of a groundbreaking new project, An Artful Alphabet of Scribel Dudels at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History. It is a call to create, connect and collaborate through live and online events and features a 26-book series of free downloadable coloring books and a variety of exhibition opportunities.

The project presents opportunities to participate, socialize and learn about interesting topics. In addition to coloring the blank designs in the book, clickable links and QR codes on each page point to interesting creativity-related websites. New, free books will be published every three months and made available online in a printable pdf and in hard copy at activity events.
